Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times provided on our Site and in our Shipping Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Elegant Details LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Reviews and User-Generated Content Guidelines
We welcome honest product reviews from customers who have purchased items through our Site. Reviews are moderated before publishing and must relate directly to the product's fit, fabric, quality, or your shopping experience. We reserve the right to decline to publish, or to remove, any review that contains profanity, personal attacks, spam, promotional content unrelated to the product, or content that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or not based on an actual purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards, where offered, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional and coupon codes are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time they are issued, including minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, and product exclusions. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, cannot be applied retroactively to past orders, and have no cash value.
Assignment
