Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Tax Policy
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with applicable state and local tax laws.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.
Alaska & Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard carriers. These orders are not eligible for the $75 free-shipping threshold and typically take 7–14 business days to arrive.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at support@elegantdetails.us with your order code and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
